Before joining Eurobank in 2013, he served as a Senior Banker, Head of DCM in Emporiki Bank (Credit Agricole Group) and previously as a Senior Relationship Manager in BNP Paribas in Athens. Having more than 22 years of experience in Corporate Banking and Debt Capital Markets, he has been actively involved in numerous major Debt Financings and
Restructurings completed in Greece and Southeastern Europe. He is a CFA charterholder and has received an MBA from the University of Houston in 1998. He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens in 1995.

Alexandros Petrakidis is Head of the Large Corporate Division covering relationships with leading groups in energy, infrastructure, large industrials, telecommunications, and gaming sectors along with niche clients, across the Eurobank group geographies.
Before joining Eurobank in 2009, he served as a Senior Relationship Manager at Piraeus Bank where he spent 8 years in various business development roles in its Corporate Banking Division. Having more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Banking, he has a strong track record of involvement (often with a leading role) in numerous major financing and restructuring transactions. He holds a master's degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter and a bachelor's in economics from the University of Piraeus.

Ionut Grama coordinates the Kyriba Fintech in the CEE region, being responsible for the company's business development operations in this region. Having over 2 decades of experience in management, business development and consulting for the adoption of new technologies, digitization of processes and automation in finance and treasury, Ionut was mandated by Kyriba to initiate, build and develop the company's business in this new region for Kyriba. John Vincent is a Fintech professional with over 18 year’s experience across Corporate Treasury and Banking software in Middle East, Central & Eastern Europe and Africa. He has rich domain knowledge of Corporate Treasury, Core Banking, Payments, Risk Management, Cash Management, Supply Chain Finance, Digital Banking, Retail & Corporate Lending, AML, CRM and Regulatory Reporting. He has worked closely with Corporates across different industry verticals as a Treasury Advisor. Alex Griffiths
Alex Griffiths is Managing Director, Head of Corporate Ratings for Europe, Middle East and
Africa. Fitch’s EMEA corporate rating work is carried out by more than 110
dedicated corporate analysts, based in 10 cities, who cover all aspects of the rating and surveillance of non-financial corporates across the region. Alex joined Fitch in London in 2005 as a corporate analyst, and has held a number of different roles, most recently as Fitch’s Credit Policy Group with responsibility for monitoring the quality of global corporate ratings. He started at Fitch as an analyst specializing in Telecoms, Media and Technology, then became Head of Research for EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Between 2012 and 2016 he ran the EMEA Natural Resources team.
Prior to this, Alex spent eight years with Deloitte's audit practice, where he gained experience ranging from transaction services work to audit, IFRS transitions, expert witness assignments and sector research.
Alex read economics at St. Catharine’s College, Cambridge, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Craig Gosnell
Craig Gosnell leads Sustainable Fitch’s business development strategy for Corporate Issuers. Craig has had extensive engagement with Issuers and market participants on ESG/Sustainability both pre and post the launch of Sustainable Fitch in September 2021.
Craig has been at Fitch since 2009 in a variety of business development
roles focusing on Corporates and has previously served as the Fitch Ratings
Head of Relationship Development for EMEA Corporates.

Christos Kourouniotis
Christos is currently Tax Partner with EY Athens and the TP Leader of EY for Central, Eastern, South-Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
Christos has 18 years of experience in the provision of professional tax advisory services and since 2009 specializes in the provision of structuring/planning and transfer pricing documentation services.
Since 2017 Christos supervises the transfer pricing practice of EY Cyprus and also serves as subject matter expert for other offices in the Southern East Europe.
He has a Degree in Business Management from the University of Piraeus and holds an MSc in Internal Audit and Management from the Bayes Business School in London, UK (former CITY Business School). He is a member of the Hellenic Economic Chamber and he is a licensed Greek Account (A class).
Experience
Christos has worked in a wide range for projects covering tax strategy and planning, tax impact from restructurings, tax due diligence, forensic tax, tax controversy, IP box regimes and transfer pricing. His experience spans to all sectors, with more significant experience in Technology, Pharmaceutical, Consumer goods, Telecommunications and Financial services’ sectors.
He is specialized in operationalization of transfer pricing policies and combined analysis of transfer pricing with other tax considerations (PE issues, withholding tax issues, LoB, issues of substance for effective management and GAAR purposes).
Christos has gained experience on international projects pertaining to transfer pricing issues in various European countries, as well as in transfer pricing documentation and audits in non-European countries.

François has founded Simply Treasury, a company that delivers advisory in treasury, corporate finance and ERM. Before and until December 2019, he was Head of Corporate Finance, Treasury and Enterprise Risk Management at RTL Group, leading European media company. He joined RTL in 1997. Before, he worked for Eridania Béghin-Say and ABN.AMRO. He is Doctor in Tax Law, has degree in Economy and Administration from the University of Liège and is graduated from the Solvay Business School as Executive master’s in management. He is certified ICIS and ICIP (Internal Controls Institute Professional) and ISO 31000 certified. He is also certified from Sacred Heart University (SHU) in Private Equity Funds. He is Chair of Association of Corporate Treasurers of Luxembourg (ATEL), Chair of European Association of Corporate Treasurers (EACT), member of the Financial Instrument Working Group created by the IAS Board in 2004. He has also been appointed as Specialist at The Institute of Risk Management (IRM) since November 2009. He is a regular contributor to different corporate finance and treasury magazines and newspapers. He is Editorial Director of the “Treasury Magazine”. He gives trainings and courses for House of Training Luxembourg and FEBELFIN Brussels. He is an active thought treasury leader in Europe and is known for his presentations, lectures, videos, and articles published in finance magazines for more than 20 years.

He is a Member of the Advisory Board for Harvard Business Review, member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Blockchain Hub (HBH) and the 1st Certified Blockchain Professional (CBP) by IIB Council in Greece, providing thought leadership on Blockchain and emerging technologies.
He is an international speaker on Fintech and Emergent Technology topics and as a subject matter expert he has been an Advisor to international client base of institutional investment firms, banks, corporations and consulting firms on Information & Emerging technologies. He has been a guest Lecturer on ESADE business school on the MSc in Business Analytics on the Fintech and Blockchain course and a guest Lecturer at
Swinburne University at Frontiers in Fintech for Master students. He has also served as a Judge and Mentor to FinTech's & Startups in Greece and abroad in various programs such as the Visa Innovation Program by Visa and independently. Nikolaos Baziotis is currently the CFO/CIO of Premia Properties REIC. He possesses over 20 years of cross-industry integrated experience in the banking sector (corporate and investment banking) as well as in investment management, having served in executive positions with leading banking and corporate groups in Greece. He holds a BSc in European & International Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc in Finance from Birkbeck College, University of London.

Cleo Lymberis
Ms. Lymberis has built a diverse level of experience around the credit sector in Greece for more than 20 years, having worked in Corporate Finance at Citigroup and then HSBC, where she originated and executed debut high yield bond issues for the most international Greek corporates over the period 2013-14. She then moved to Pillarstone, a KKR-backed private equity firm aimed at supporting banks and distressed corporates in Greece through corporate restructurings. In 2018, she moved to the corporate side, supporting a Greek diversified industrials company leading their investor relations program. Since 2020, Cleo has been the Group Treasurer for Public Power Corporation SA and is also a non-executive director of Optima Bank S.A. Through her role at PPC, PPC successfully re-entered the debt capital markets with two sustainability linked issuances while also completed two securitizations for electricity receivables. Cleo is a graduate of Columbia University, having completed both Bachelors’ and Masters’ degrees in Mechanical and Financial Engineering, respectively.

Nikos is a Certified Treasury & Project Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in managing cash, liquidity and trade finance. He started his career in banking and then moved to the FMCG sector working for both global and local corporations. He is currently Treasury Manager for Delta Foods. Passionate about blockchain technology & digital assets he is doing his part towards adoption.
George Mourtzios currently holds the position of Assistant Group Treasurer of Sani & Ikos Group (hospitality sector) with experience in Banking, Cash & Liquidity management, and Corporate Finance. He started his professional career in the banking field, being member of NBG Group between 2015 and 2017 at which time he moved to Sani & Ikos Group. Having an increased appetite for ESG scheme, he joined the Hellenic Association of Treasurers (HAT) in 2020 as Head of the ESG Working Group.

George Tsinidis is the Credit Control and Treasury Director for Wind Hellas and Nova. The areas of his responsibilities are Treasury, Credit Risk (Vetting, Fraud & Revenue Assurance) and Collections.
George maintains a long-lasting experience in treasury, and credit control and has a strong background in cash management & forecasting, financing structures & hedging and collections.
He began his carrier in 1987 in the Treasury department of Hellenic Steel S.A.
In 1993 he undertook the position of Treasurer in of three companies of Eliopoulos Group (i.e., Eliopoulos S.A., Yamaha/Motodynamiki & KIA).
In 1995 moved to Wind Hellas as Treasurer and since 2012 holds the position of Credit Control & Treasury Director.
George holds a degree in finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Elisa Mylona
Elisa Mylona is OTE Group Treasurer. She has over 16 years of experience in treasury operations and is currently responsible for the group’s funding, liquidity, cash flow and risks management, payments, treasury policies and controls. During her journey in treasury she has executed complex funding transactions, navigated through distressed market conditions and capital controls and been involved in various corporate restructurings. In 2020 her role was expanded to include the Customer Finance operations, overviewing credit control, revenue assurance and receivables collections.
Elisa is also an active member of HAT, heading the Corporate Finance & Risk Management Working Group.
Before joining OTE she worked as a Credit Analyst in the corporate finance team of Hypovereinsbank in Athens.
She holds a BA in European & International Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc in Finance from Birkbeck College, University of London.

Maria Giarmeniti is a Senior Consultant and Head of Talent Management in the Executive Search firm, AIMS International and an Executive Coach.
Maria Giarmeniti started her career as a consultant in PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Corporate Finance. She then moved to a large international German bank as a Credit Analyst for 4 years. In 2006, she joined the largest telecom operator in Greece Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation (OTE) as a Treasury Manager. Her latest
corporate role was Deputy Treasurer managing a debt portfolio of Euro 5bn. At the age of 40, she decided to take a leap of faith and reinvent her career towards a more anthropocentric path. She turned to HR by joining an Executive Search firm, AIMS INTERNATIONAL, working both in Executive Search and Talent Management projects (facilitating Culture audits, Leadership workshops). In parallel, she studied to become a Certified Professional Coach. Today, she combines her career consulting expertise with her
coaching education. Maria holds a MSc in Business & Financial Economics, and BA in Economics from the University of Essex. Maria graduated from the Success Unlimited Network and became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
